Yup. It took 2 ND8 filters, stacked, to be able to slow the shutter speed down to 8 seconds.
The only hard part in taking this was timing: I was using a remote shutter release with a 3 second delay so I had to anticipate when the streetcar would come into view. Oh, and it took a couple of test shots to figure out the exposure: the camera’s default in aperture priority mode overexposed the tunnel significantly.
